Is there a free plan forever?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 3 users, 1 entity, 5 RFQs/month, and 20 transactions/month at AED 0 forever — no card required.
What currencies can I pay in?
AED, SAR, and USD. Paid plans default to AED on UAE traffic and SAR on KSA traffic; switch in checkout. All prices are quoted ex-VAT (UAE +5%, KSA +15%).
How are extra seats billed?
Each tier includes a baseline (Starter: 5, Professional: 15). Adding a user beyond that is billed at AED 60/month/seat on Starter or AED 50/month/seat on Professional, automatically via Stripe metered billing. Enterprise has no seat cap.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. Trade Finance (AED 400/mo), Tenders (AED 350/mo), AI / Spend Analytics (AED 500/mo), and Extra Entity (AED 150/mo each) can be added to Starter and Professional from Settings → Billing → Add-ons. Enterprise includes all of them.
What happens if my payment fails?
You get a 7-day grace period — the app stays writeable and we send d7 / d3 / d1 reminder emails. After 7 days, the app becomes read-only (data intact) until billing is restored.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What counts as a "user"?
A seat with login access to your organization. API keys, webhooks, and supplier/customer-portal users are unlimited and do not count as paid seats.
How is GCC VAT handled?
Per-country VAT rates are applied automatically: UAE 5%, Saudi Arabia 15%, Bahrain 10%, Oman 5%, Qatar 0%, Kuwait 0%.
What integrations come with which plan?
Webhooks + API keys on Starter and above. Gmail / Outlook / SAP Ariba / WhatsApp on Professional and above. Trade Finance integrations require the Trade Finance add-on (Starter / Pro) or Enterprise.
Do you sign DPAs?
Yes, Enterprise plans include a data processing agreement. Email legal@tawridy.com for our current template.
Where is my data stored?
On Railway infrastructure (US-West / EU-West), with daily encrypted backups. Enterprise plans can pin region preferences and we publish data residency on request.
Can I use my own domain (e.g. procurement.mycompany.com)?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. We provision the TLS certificate, manage DNS records, and run multi-tenant routing automatically. Free / Starter / Professional plans use your-slug.tawridy.com.
